- Material storage and transport circuits deployed with bucket elevators (chain & belt type both), belt conveyors, air slides, gates etc. from reputed companies.
- Complete silo extraction & packing circuit including 06 Roto Packers -8 RSE – Haver & Boecker make with semi automatic truck loaders from CWS & Elecon.
- Hot gas generator (Firetech), compressors (Atlas Copco – GA 110 VSD) & pump house.
- Maintenance of Steel cord Belt Bucket Elevators for Silo feed (300 TPH) Supplied by Beumer.
- Responsible for monitoring the inventory of maintenance supplies, spare parts and critical items to ensure items are available and maintaining an adequate reorder level.
- Assuring the new installations/modifications are reliable, improving the plant reliability and ensure they are in-line with ISO Procedures and guidelines.
- Maintaining the equipment in healthy condition by using condition monitoring and analysis.
