• Led the route survey program on the western & northern Uganda.

• Coordinated all emergency response activities including annual drills, spill prevention and training employees on emergency response and evacuation procedures.
• Ensured tool box meetings, contractor safety meetings and walkabouts (Gemba Walks) were done as per plan.

• Spearheaded and launched tobacco inventory rotation process to align demands to supplies on transition products and reduced plant material requirements by 10%.
• Ensured data accuracy through the creation and implementation of data integrity queries.
• Audited inventory transactions according to client standards and conducted investigative analysis to provide the appropriate resolutions.

• Supervise data capture into the tobacco inventory database.
• Provide periodic reports & analyses to all stakeholders, outlining the status quo of the leaf tobacco inventory while highlighting areas that required their immediate responsiveness.

• Radically reduced plant downtime from 2% in the previous year to 0.4%.
• Spearheaded the "Zero Tolerance to NTRM"- a campaign aimed at eliminating Non-Tobacco Related Materials in tobacco, hence improving it quality.
• Sensitized staff on health & safety through periodic trainings, meetings & inductions.
• Responsible for the planning of transport of all leaf operations to the warehouses.
• Supervise collection of leaf tobacco & distribution of inputs to last-mile farmers in Western & Northern Uganda.
