- Lead in developing the project proposals, concept papers/Letters of Interest.
- Developed work plans with the planned budgets and prepared activities for implementation for the targeted districts.
- Built the capacity of paralegals and local advocates for project sustainability and ownership for the reduction of GBV in the communities.

- Built the capacity of paralegals and local advocates for community activism in Koboko and Pader.
- Managed Project stakeholders review meetings with National and district-based NGOs, Local government, CBOs, and FBOs.
- Built the capacity of teachers and school administrators through awareness raising on SRH and GBV prevention among children in mainstream schools.
- Organized partner meetings at the district lobbied for 4 bicycles offered by CARITAS and supported community volunteers in obtaining logistical support from LMS formerly IAS in Pader district.
- Spearheaded project review engagement with national alliances, Organizations of Persons with Disabilities, and mainstream rights-based Organizations in Koboko, Pader, Kotido, and at National levels through alliance building and review project meetings.
- Networked with National and International level Women's rights Organizations networks such as raising voices of the Gender-Based Violence Prevention Network, Centre for Domestic Violence Prevention, Forum for Women in Democracy, Uganda Women Networks, FEMNET, and Organizations of Persons with Disabilities in Africa.
- Supported NUWODU in maintaining collaborations and diversified partnerships with Humanity and Inclusion, Woman Kind UK, and OSIEA.
- Maintained data management system for SGBV cases, and supported access to justice for GBV survivors.
- Developed the memorandum of understanding with district local governments in Pader and Koboko and with district women with disabilities associations.
- Facilitated working collaborations and networking with district-based and national-based NGOs and government agencies such as the police, the judiciaries, and health workers.
- Developed Prevention of Sexual Exploitation and Harassment Policies and safeguarding policies for District Women with Disabilities Associations.
- Built the capacities of community-based savings groups for local enterprises for self-reliance among women and families of children with disabilities and engaged government and Civil society partners to support their efforts.
- Represented NUWODU in Humanitarian partner trainings and also carried out capacity-building training for WFP staff, their partners, and cash and food committees in refugee settlements with NUDIPU in Adjumani and Yumbe refugee settlements.
- Sensitized parents about the potentials and abilities of children with and without disabilities which led to increased enrollment rate in schools in Koboko and Pader districts.
- Represented NUWODU in different forums nationally, regionally, and internationally e.g during the +25 Beijing conference in Ethiopia Adisababa sponsored by Humanity & Inclusion (Make It Work Gender and Disability partnership project.
- Built the capacity of 2489 Women with disabilities (WWDs)
- Developed video documentary for GBV project which strengthened GBV programming and mainstreaming in other projects in NUWODU.

- Organized periodic project review meetings with project stakeholders in the Amuru district.
- Organized meetings with 60 clan leaders at sub-county levels in Amuru district in Pabbo and lamogi sub-counties and influenced disability representation in the district land committees.
- Linked 20 women and girls with disabilities to potential land rights authorities for support to obtain land rights justice in Amuru.
- Built the capacity of 65 clan leaders for the inclusion of Women and girls with disabilities in customary land rights decision-making. Held 6 periodic project stakeholders review meetings that had 7 stalls given to women with disabilities entrepreneurs by local government officials in Amuru.
- Participated in the policy analysis on land rights and ownership.
- Developed TOR for consultants that carried out end-of-project monitoring and evaluation reports on land-rights and livelihoods.
- 600 IEC materials developed for land rights advocacy
