• Ensuring that all personnel are aware of and implement Quality into the day to day working practice.
•Participating in tender evaluations to review tender’s submittals on quality requirements, participate in risk analysis and technical scoring processes.
• Monitoring Contractor’s work execution during the construction phase.
•Read, understand, and implement the Company’s Integrated Management Systems and policies as described in the project specific Quality Management Plan and Inspection and Test Plan.
•Actively engage with client’s personnel on any issues relating to quality on the project.
• Checking all submitted construction drawings to ensure they meet the relevant standards.
• Preparation of technical documents for procurement solicitations as per Engineering Section requirements.
• Preparation of monitoring reports and reporting tools of the progress of the construction activities on sites.
• Conducting site investigations to obtain field data such as soil characteristics, site dimensions, topography, existing structures and other data required to aid in design.
• Ensuring that the works meet the current engineering standards in accordance with international codes and regulations.
• Preparing material specifications for the purpose of raising requisitions of materials.

• •Prepared of mesh drawings for all slabs for 9 storey Student Housing and their corresponding Bar Bending Schedules.
• •Adjusted existing structural drawings and Bar Bending Schedules to ensure suitability of construction.

•Quantification of works done on site such as; concrete, steel, formwork, excavation.

• Review of bridge reinforcement drawings and aiding in making all necessary adjustments.

•Encouraging a culture where work is carried out to a suitable standard whereby any reason or necessity for reworks is eliminated on the project

•Ensuring that all personnel are aware of and implement Quality into the day to day working practices

•Supervision of construction works such as; casting and batching of concrete, steel works.

•Ensuring that all work as undertaken CICO and by any sub-contractors on their behalf are suitably controlled and are in accordancewith the relevant procedures and specifications

•Preparation of concrete mix design.
