• Serving as the primary representative of the ITI Centre in various forums, including conferences, cultural events and meetings with stakeholders.
• Guiding the organization toward achieving its mission of promoting international understanding and cooperation through the performing arts.
• Ensuring that the centre remains a vibrant and influential part of the cultural landscape by ensuring compliance with ITI standards and regulations with regard to workshops, trainings, educational outreach and festivals.
• Promoting collaborations and exchanges between artists, institutions and other ITI centres to foster dialogue and cooperation.

• Accessing performances thoughtfully, impartially and constructively.
• Providing fair, constructive, and insightful evaluations to foster a supportive environment for artistic development.
• Identifying and acknowledging exceptional talent and potential among performers and making recommendations to refine the performers' crafts and pursue excellence.
• suggesting pathways for further studies, practice or performance opportunities.
• Maintaining high ethical standards, including confidentiality and respect for all participants.

This is a pure voluntary role which entails the following responsibilities:

• Hosting an adult cell once a week by preparing my home to receive the cell members and host them comfortably,
• Fostering a supportive, spiritually enriching, and community-oriented environment for the Cell members.
• Availing the discussion materials for the entire group.
• Planning community outreach activities together with the cell members to strengthen community bonds.
• Guiding and leading the bible discussions while ensuring that that everyone has the opportunity to comfortably share their understanding of the bible and life's experiences.
• Providing spiritual encouragement and support to cell members to help them grow in their faith.
• Leading prayer sessions and praying for the needs of the members.
• Encouraging fellowship and building strong, supportive relationships among cell members.
• Connecting members with additional resources for emotional and practical support.
• Recognizing and celebrating important milestones and achievements of cell members.
• Mentoring and raising potential future leaders within the cell group.
• Sharing important church information with the members to remain aligned with the Church's vision, mission and goals.

• Developing a clear artistic vision and interpretation of the script that guides the overall production.
• Selecting actors and building an ensemble where all members contribute to the production.
• Oversaw rehearsal schedules, ensuring efficient use of time while maintaining high artistic standards throughout the process.
