- Over 15 years' experience in the e-government leadership and strategy space as a self-driven strategic leader, ICT4D researcher and digital transformation expert.
- Demonstrated experience in strategic level management as a board member of the National Information Technology Authority of Uganda (NITA-U), a National IT Regulator and Implementer. I chair the Digital Transformation and Strategy Committee that guides the development of the national digitization strategy and agenda. I have 6 years' experience in the development of ICT Security Strategies and E-Government Policies and strategies.
