· I played a key role in creating income-generating opportunities for youth and DREAM girls aged 15 to 24 and maintained strong relationships with various stakeholders, including schools, health, WASH, and nutrition district departments, to ensure integrated outcomes for children and youth.

· Developed a data-driven service delivery approach that allowed us to reach previously unreached communities, leading to increased funding of an extra $500,000 for the project. Furthermore, I implemented a field management system that enhanced engagement and visibility of partners, stakeholders, and staff, resulting in increased project activities with minimal downtime. This system also simplified results based reporting to USAID.
