· Coordinated the design and implementation of strategic economic development initiatives across 35 districts, which resulted in the creation of over 10,000 jobs for young people and the practical training and certification of 15,000 youth by UBTEB. Additionally, these interventions contributed to increased retention of children with HIV in schools.

· I played a key role in creating income-generating opportunities for youth and DREAM girls aged 15 to 24 and maintained strong relationships with various stakeholders, including schools, health, WASH, and nutrition district departments, to ensure integrated outcomes for children and youth.

· Developed a data-driven service delivery approach that allowed us to reach previously unreached communities, leading to increased funding of an extra $500,000 for the project. Furthermore, I implemented a field management system that enhanced engagement and visibility of partners, stakeholders, and staff, resulting in increased project activities with minimal downtime. This system also simplified results based reporting to USAID.

· Managed a team of 7 Economic Strengthening specialists responsible for different project components such as WASH, Nutrition, and Health while integrating outcomes across the departments to ensure a fully-fledged service offering for the target households.

· Successfully executed the Community Knowledge Worker Program with a total funding of $12 Million. Reached 15,000 households, providing access to extension, addressing food security and nutrition as well as water and sanitation issues, using ICT-driven platforms.

· Developed key partnerships for service distribution with financial services institutions and development organizations, increasing uptake of agriculture innovations and mobile financial services in Uganda and Ghana

· Led a team of Service Centre specialists to deliver Farming and marketing information to farmers across the country, responding to and solving key issues on good agronomical practices and linking farmers to markets.

· Worked closely with the Software development teams from India and Ghana to design farmer-centric apps providing solutions around financial services and agronomical practices.

· Supported the design team by providing crucial input for designing mobile money wallets for farmer groups with focus was on unbanked farmers and people in the informal sector, working together with MTN and other financial institutions. This collaboration resulted in the foundation of mobile money applications.

· Oversaw the test rollout of mobile money applications and online mobile wallets for village and savings groups jointly with MTN and GSMA

• Established rural information centers in 15 districts to improve market systems. These centers provided access to market information and helped bridge the information gap among the different players in the value chains.
• Designed multi-stakeholder platforms effectively to strengthen relationships in the Oilseed, Maize, and Honey value chains. This fostered a more collaborative and interconnected market system domestically and across the region, allowing for increased value addition and better quality management in WestNile, Acholi and Lango Regions in Uganda.

· Established sustainable income-generating activities and alternative livelihoods for resettled pastoralist. This involved closely integrating the project into the district local government structures to ensure local ownership and long-term sustainability.

· Interpreted and customized financial policies and procedures for the East African offices, encompassing oversight of compliance from grant management to financial reporting.

· Managed country budgets, effectively overseeing a portfolio of 2 million Euros per year.
