education and work are granted to the point that 50 % of the settlement community schools are headed by refugee teachers and many are employed as grade III teachers if they meet the minimum requirements and possess qualification from Ugandan universities Throughout the project implementation and related activities, the need to treat all refugees with dignity and respect was emphasized and closely monitored to ensure UNHCR standards were observed and kept This was further reinforced by ensuring refugees have a platform to demand their rights from partners and the same provided within the partner projection I have led and been involved in several assessments with persons of concern to UNHCR to understand their basic needs that inform the planning and decision-making, these
