I am very passionate about advocacy campaigns and human rights advocacy for children and other human rights. Human rights are very essential to all Human beings hence my passion for advocating for Human rights. I am a university graduate with a working experience in Ethics and Human Rights and Administration as well as trustworthy, highly motivated and a hardworking person with a high sense of duty and loyalty both professionally and privately. I possess strong analytical skills and extremely flexible in all work aspects to easily adapt to the surroundings without compromising any of my principles and responsibilities.

  • Ensured compliance with local laws and ACODEV regulations through; Building effective working relationships with relevant government departments and local government administrations associated with ACODEV projects to support sustained social inclusion these included Ministry of Gender and Social Development, Law firms etc., provided technical advice for the policy work of ACODEV to ensure that all necessary taxes are paid on time for example Local Service Tax, Annual returns with URSB, Annual returns with NGO Bureau and FIA among others
  • Recruitment of staff: Coordinate recruitment process by liaising with hiring managers to develop job descriptions, advertising vacancies, collecting CV’s screening candidates; Prepare employment contracts for all hires; Verify completion of all hiring and onboarding paper work; Plan, coordinate and facilitate induction and on-site orientation trainings for all new project staff through preparation of all these meetings
  • Management of the Inventory; Under this role; I document daily deliveries and shipments to update inventory of the Organization; evaluate new inventory to ensure its ready for shipment and deliveries, Management of the assets register to ensure that all assets of the organization are still intact
  • Management of inventory objects, items, locations, batches, groups and cost of items
  • Documentation and record keeping: Under this role I; record meeting minutes and print them for approval for approval and safe custody, keep records of Organizational documents such as land titles, lob books for cars and motor cycles, Draft vendors lists to all service providers that have been certified by the committee, Draft contracts with Organisation guidelines Draft procurement requests and payment requisitions for all office items needed, filing of staff timesheets each month, Draft MOUs with service providers that we do business with
  • Support procurement processes; Here, the follow up of the process from where it begins until the deliveries of merchandise is made but also ensure the delivery of goods to the intended destinations especially regional offices
  • Management of fleet; Manage fleet for example cars, motorcycles among others, develop liquidation reports, liaise with the fueling companies on fuel prices on fuel cards, ensure all fleet is fit for road use and fully paid third party and all drivers have valid driving licenses
  • Manage associated front desk duties; Monitor office supplies, log office expenses and costs, check, sort and forward emails, receive and manage letters, packages and send them to appropriate destination, answer all incoming calls and redirect them where need be, greet and attend to all guests and direct them to necessary offices
  • Ensure and supervise cleanliness and tidiness of the office premises at all times
  • Manage travel bookings and costs needed for travels
  • Ensure the follow up on SOPs at the premises
  • Ensure payment of utility bills such as electricity, water etc
  • Drafting monthly, quarterly and annual reports and all administrative seasons.
