  • Supported custom M365 solutions to streamline operational processes through the use Microsoft Office tools to facilitate efficient collaboration and sharing of information for executive-level decision-makers for example Developed a one-stop resources sheet and the CDC emergency2pager for timely access information and implementation progress updates for partners’ support
  • Developed standard operating procedures/workflows regarding different Cooperative agreements management processes to execute COVID-19 & CARES funded activities for example, CDC Uganda reporting tracker
  • Gathered and analyzed data to create and communicate metrics for reporting example the DGHP Uganda salary assessment across CDC cooperative agreements for internal CDC usage and Infection, Prevention, and Control (IPC) partners’ mapping that enabled data use and decision-making at CDC Uganda, government leadership, and other stakeholders

  • This yielded among others, the 45 UK AID Start Fund that supported the emergency Nutrition response during 2016 high peak of new influx of South Sudanese refugees
