• I managed to start skills training and trained trainers who have gone out in different towns of Uganda to train skills.

• I enjoy playing badminton because the whole body is involved in the activity. One has to keep focused to see the shaft and move fast to hit it so that you don't lose out.

This has trained me in speed and focus for whatever i am doing, i have to remain focused and also act fast with caution so as not to mess up things. 

• I enjoy gardening in areas of planting herbs, planting fruit tress and pruning them, harvesting what i have planted. They makes me forget most of the things around me that makes me refreshed and more energetic. I get a positive energy from the plants, flowers and the orchards mostly they start fruiting and i do the harvesting and eat from the garden.
