  • Do daily/weekly vehicle checks before leaving for the field in a bid to identify any problem before setting out to avoid unnecessary delays due to functionality of the vehicle.
  • Effectively plan for next journey/trip by liaising with the supervisor to know what is on travel plan for whole week. By so doing, I have been able to achieve on time deliveries hence an improved working relationship with implementing partners.
  • Ensuring that all passengers are comfortable and safely seated and belted up at all times in transit and assist them to embark and disembark the vehicle.
  • Making sure the safety of luggage, supplies, and equipment whilst in the vehicle or as otherwise requested.
  • Drive following organization’s transport procedures (SOP’s) which has helped in achieving timely deliveries and helped staff to achieve organization’s objective.

  • In this role, I operate the organization’s vehicles safely and in accordance with laid down policies and procedures as well as with country laws.
  • My duties are to provide driving services for the project team, check basic maintenance (oil, coolant, water, tyre pressure, battery water) regularly and maintain a daily log of all trips, mileage and fuel consumption for monthly checking by the Project Administrator.
  • Drove following organization’s transport procedures (SOP’s) which has helped in achieving timely deliveries and helped staff to achieve organization’s objective.
