East Africa Crude Oil Pipeline Project (EACOP)

• Implements tailored pipeline construction procedures, checks and contributing to overall project efficiency from KP37 - KP77 (40 Kilometers) with 95% covered in 4 months time.
• Implementation of wetland dewatering activities in preparation for trenching. Drafting diversion plans and work method
• Monitors earthwork operations (trenching, bedding, backfilling) ensuring quality and timelines are met.
• Ensures 100% compliance with quality and safety standards of EACOP civil construction, driving zero major incidents.
• Enforces compliance with engineering drawings, using pipe alignment sheets, road and river crossing cross-sections.
• Collaborate with environmental experts, ensuring the construction process complied with regulations and best practices especially on river crossings and wetlands.
• Collaborate with the subcontractor (SAMKA Construction Co.Ltd) team, resolving technical challenges, ensuring EACOP project stayed on track.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports to the client (EACOP)
