RECEPTIONIST
- Welcoming guests on their arrival, then supply them with refreshments as they wait to be checked in
- And also checking out guests
- Working hand-in-hand with the housekeeping members to ensure the rooms are organized and clean before checking in guests and also after the guests are checked out
- Attending to guests’ complaints, inquiries, and queries and responding to them in a timely manner
- Making sure the reception area is always kept clean, refill the brochures and information cards
- Managing online reservation and phone call reservation as well, making booking and blocking the booked rooms
- Monitoring visitors within the hotel and ensuring safety and reporting any suspicious activity to the security
- Ensuring complete payments of the checked-in guests or walked-in guests.
