• We set out at the end of the report a roadmap for implementing our proposals.

• Mobilized SACCOs to participate in Conferences and Annual General meetings which exceeded the targets for 2023 and 2024 respectively.

• There was 17% Reduction in Domestic violence cases recorded in the month of September at the station.

• The company Improved product sales by 9%, which led to a 15% increase in a week revenue.
• Emailing to over 20 customers on a daily basis.
