- Designed and implemented one of the 1st consistent remote mobile laboratory services in Uganda using digital technology innovations.
- Managed daily in-house and field clinical laboratory operations at 3 laboratory sites with a shift schedule of up to 50 full-time and part-time staff.
- Designed the lab setup layout, equipped and registered 2 new satellite laboratories with the Ugandan regulatory authorities
- Developed and executed strategic business development plans and resource budgeting to grow the lab service revenues by more than 20%.
- Coordinated laboratory human resource recruitment and onboarding through job application screening and conducting interviews for multiple positions.
