- Set up and monitor the pressing of various vegetable oil seeds produced on the farm

- Fill the hoppers with seeds regulate the amount of seeds going into the press, make sure seeds meals is being fed to the meal bin by the auger

- Making sure oil is coming out to the holding bin at a reasonable rate

- measuring different amount of oil produced over 5 minutes period and then record the amount of meal produced in the same 5minute time

- Operating farm tractors for bush hawking and ploughing the field for crop cultivation

- Prospecting finished oil produced to stores and local farm market .

• To sell and service our product to the animal husbandry
• Provide nutrition and management services to our clients (livestock farmer)
• Interact with operation unit for production schedule
• Coordinates tasks relating to product development
• Manage records for livestock farms interactions and follow-up
• Understand our company’s market position and find ways to create positive relationship with livestock producers
• Test and review feed/grain quality and set quality assurance
• Train new employees and provide development opportunities

• Planning and making policy decisions
• Budgeting and maintaining accurate financial records
• Organizing sales and purchases of livestock, farm equipment, crops and agricultural products
• Handling paperwork and keeping administrative records
• Recruiting, training/instructing and supervising farm workers
• Making sure that work progresses satisfactorily
• Ensuring compliance with government regulations and health and safety standards
• Keeping an up-to-date knowledge of pests and diseases
• Ensuring that the farm is profitable and meets projected financial targets
• Organizing maintenance/repair of farm property, equipment and machinery

• To create demand for company’s products in the Central Africa states through effective messaging and marketing programs
• Researching the market to learn the competitive environment

• Recommend pricing strategies
