  • 02/20, Implemented Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity plan for Uganda Country office and field offices to have a robust/secure and reliable Backup and Disaster recovery solution.
  • 01/20, Configured, deployed and rolled out the Business process automation platform for Uganda Country office where by users submit their service requests through the WFP self service portal and ticket a closed by logging onto the platform.
  • 10/19, Upgraded and configured the Customers Relations Management system for Uganda Country office, upgraded from obsolete version of SugarCRM Community version SugarCRM Enterprise version.
