- Coordinate the delivery of the Tutor Period. Working in conjunction with the Tutor Team, plan, resource and evaluate the content of the Tutor Period for the students
- Support the Senior Leadership Team in tackling discipline and uniform issues
- Monitor student attendance across the Year group in liaison with the tutor and report any issues to the Senior Leadership Team

- Ensure that tutors have completed tutor comments by the deadline given and assist where necessary
- Proofread reports to ensure clarity
- Monitor and evaluate standards of achievement and progress following internal exams by working closely with the Deputy Head of Secondary to monitor and track students’ performance

- Organize and lead Year Group Assemblies
- Support any school trips / Outdoor Learning Week - plan, attend, review
- Assist the Deputy HT with ensuring that all learners in the year group have signed up for the enrichment programme
