• Mr. David Frederick Kisitu Mpanga is a Barrister of 32 years call, practicing with A.F. Mpanga, Advocates in Kampala. His practise principally comprises of company and commercial advisory and litigation work, advising upon commercial transactions, negotiating terms of such transactions, drawing up commercial transactional documentation, mergers and acquisitions and/or conducting litigation arising out of such transactions. Mr. Mpanga has considerable experience in advising financial institutions on matters relating to compliance, regulation, commercial transactions, securitisation, general documentation and legal risk.
