AS POLITICAL LEADER

· Actively participated in landmark legislation, representation, crucial oversight and provided insights in the budgeting process focusing on key programs that have led to the attainment of middle income status for our country.

· Diligent Leadership of the Committee of Science, Technology and Innovation that persuaded Parliament and overcame objections to funding Kira Motors Corporation, Presidential Initiative on Banana Industrial Development, TRIDI led Sericulture Commercialization Project, and the National Science, Technology, Engineering and Innovation Skills Enhancement Project at Namanve and Rwebitete all of which have translated into landmark projects in Uganda.

· Successfully mobilized and transformed the constituents from subsistence to the money economy from 31.2% by 2016 to 65% to date.

· Effective oversight in the committee of Natural Resources, at which time we identified some technical problems at the Karuma Dam, then under construction, for which remedial action was recommended and implemented, leading to successful project completion.

· Effectively represented the Science, Technology and Innovation Sector in the United Nations STI Forum (2019).

· Successfully mobilized and achieved inclusion of women and youth groups in the money economy through the YLP and UWEP programs·

· Successfully coordinated financing from Micro Finance Support Centre for fishing community enterprises.

· Successfully coordinated the implementation of government programs, including Rural Electrification, Clean Water Distribution, and Operation Wealth Creation. ·

· Provided leadership in the campaign to revive coffee production in conjunction with OWC among other high-value crops in the Buikwe District·

· Established a mechanism to strengthen collaboration with the district service team for effective service delivery.

AS A BUSINESS LEADER

· Transformed World Point Group from a business concept development firm into a modern printing and branding factory and a renowned electronic audiovisual media brand.

· Designed and directed successful campaign plans, including: Plan for Public Information and Advocacy Support and Media Planning for HIV/AIDS (couple VCT), Informal Sector Business Banking Mobilization, Campaign plan for Voter Education and Mobilization for the National Elections 2006, Public awareness and information for the 2014 National Census.

· Spearheaded a strategic sales system that increased annual recurring revenue, transforming Nile Breweries into the top five taxpayers

· Opened country wide market networks and export entry points for Nile Breweries Ltd and Nice House of Plastics products.
