  • In my current role as Head of Program Delivery at Practical Action-Sudan, I am overseeing the delivery of all programs and operation including procurement, ensuring compliance with donor requirements and organizational policies. My key responsibilities include:
  • 1. Strategic Leadership: Leading large-scale Wash, Nutrition, agricultural, resilience and food security projects, ensuring successful execution from design to completion while meeting budgetary and timeline goals.
  • 2. Currently, I am supervising the logistics team and the procurement committee to ensure all procurement activities are carried out in strict accordance with established standards and project timelines. My oversight focuses on maintaining compliance with procurement procedures, monitoring progress against the program’s needs, and ensuring transparency and accountability throughout the procurement cycle. I am actively involved in coordinating procurement plans, verifying procurement documentation, and ensuring timely acquisition of goods and services, such as medical supplies, equipment, and transportation, to support the project's smooth implementation.
  • 3. Monitoring and Evaluation: Designing and implementing robust MEL frameworks to assess program impact and inform strategic adaptations. results-based reporting of work plans and budgets
