• Lead of Fluids Team and third-party desk engineers
• Engineering 430 wells drilling campaign. Batching drilling Fluids program preparation
• Involved in Mobilization phase of the contract.

• Made Mobilization requests to different rigs for Mud Chemicals
• Supervised transfer of Fluid and chemicals between rigs .
• Daily visit to rig site performing full mud check as QAQC and report to office
• Managed crew of 30 engineers, performed Competency assessments
• Mentored many young Engineers
