I am an a Lawyer, aFull Stack Developer and an elections expert with a keen interest in designing and developing ICT applications using current technologies. My motivation stems from a passion for computer programming, research, and data analysis. I have developed tools that support various initiatives in research, elections, good governance, and business processes. Currently undertaking a Bachelor in laws completion in Arpil 2025- On break till September 2024 and hybrid both online and physical lectures. I have provided technical support for domestic election observation groups in Somalia, Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania, Tunisia, and Zambia. I quickly adapt to new environments, always eager to learn new technologies. I can balance conflicting demands while prioritizing workload, with a willingness to work extended hours in support of time-critical projects. I am a self-starter, flexible, and a team player. - Company Overview: CEW-IT is a consortium of 6 domestic NGOs formed in 2010 with a key focus to observe elections in Uganda in the 2011 Presidential and Parliamentary elections. During the 2016 General elections, CEW-IT worked with Citizens Elections Observation Network in Uganda which formed a larger coalition of 18 National and Sub National Civil Society groups that observed the election. Since its inception, CEW-IT has extended its mandate to other thematic areas that include social accountability alongside election observation and participated in various regional election observation missions.
- Provided support as the Lead Technology Specialist to the domestic observer mission consisting of more than 40 organizations from August 2020 to May 2021.
- Took lead in technology development, deployment, training, and production of reports throughout the pre, during and post-election epoch.
