i've been a fitness enthusiast for over 4 years and i started trainig at the gym about 3 years ago. this is at about which time i got interested in the cardiovascular benefits of regimens like HIIT and the protective advantages of powerlifting as it relates to the skeletomuscular and endocrinal systems. all this paired with a nonrestrictive diet plan would lead me to neural longevity due to the new synaptic connections formed while attempting to master a new muscular move, and the undoubted cardiovascular benefits of endurance and eventually speed. i train 5 days a week and rest the other two. i plan on introducing hyrox and boxing to increase my endurance
