- Track and support participants post-placement, ensuring long-term success and employer satisfaction.

- Partner with government agencies to advocate for better career mobility policies and skill development programs.
- Work with the Ministry of Education & Labor to align Phynx Careers’ training initiatives with Uganda’s national employment framework.
