  • I am an experienced research and oganisation development professional with over 16 years of experience in diverse fields that have contributed to improving program interventions and influencing a review of policy guidelines.
  • I am abreast with mixed methods (quantitative/qualitative), accumulated from several studies ranging from cross-sectional to longitudinal such as monitoring, and evaluations (impact/operational), baseline studies, and formative research completed on behalf of local and international organizations/ academic institutions such as AFENET, CRS, GIZ, PLAN Uganda, CARITAS Uganda, Save the Children, Fin Church Aid, Safer World, Mengo Hospital, Makerere University, Social Work department, the Georgetown University's Institute for Reproductive Health, and Department of Public Administration and Management, University of Pretoria.
  • I hold vast experience in multi-disciplinary projects/programs in diverse sectors like gender, health, nutrition, agriculture and livelihoods, child protection, youth skilling, entrepreneurship, and employability, including hospitality in Uganda.
  • I have risen through ranks in research from enumeration/data collection, and supervision to managing several studies/projects and teams. I am conversant with different sets of data sets (primary and secondary, single and multiple, manual and electronic).
  • I work well with Computer Assisted Personal Interviews (CAPI) using diverse applications like Open Data Kit, Kobo Collect, Interviewer Solutions, and Survey-CTO. I work well with Excel and STATA software for analysis. She is also good a proposal/concept development as well as preparing research protocols.
