· Joint Response Plan (JRP) & Programme Partnership Arrangement (PPA) Indicator monitoring: Supporting the full implementation of reporting systems and response monitoring plan through the implementation/maintenance of M&E systems. Promoting the implementation and interoperability between various reporting tools used by technical units/sectors and the main M&E system.
· Roll-out and working with Activity Info (Reporting Tool) for Annual partner and Quarterly partner reporting & Monitoring, Data Visualization, Fact sheets, Info-graphic output on Dashboards, Snapshots, and Monitoring Reports.
· Take responsibility for maintaining increased quality and reliable data, IM products, and analysis produced in the UNHCR Operation.
· To liaise with technical units and sectoral leads to gather information for further analysis and dissemination and identify information gaps. Where information gaps exist, setting up primary data collection systems and conducting Needs Assessments, which may also involve other stakeholders to produce evidence and determine the scope and scale of issues, and informs the definition of programme outputs and targets for the JRP.
· Coordinate Information Management activities relevant to field and settlement management, Shelter, WASH, Health, CBI, and Energy and Environment. Providing /supporting information management services to UNHCR-led sectors and acting as UNHCR IM focal point for those sectors.
· Supporting partners in the design/maintenance and roll out practical and easy-to-use information management system for the management of field missions and incidents reported across the camps, to enable the generation of data that will facilitate the monitoring of the activities implemented, supporting evidence-based decision making and demonstrating results.
• Leverage and put to use relevant software such as Advanced Excel (e.g.pivot tables, functions) , ESRI ArcGIS, Mapinfo , Power BI, Adobe Illustrator, Kobo , Activity Info and/or proGres v4
• Liaise with sector leads and UNHCR sector experts to identify Geographical Information Systems (GIS) needs and develop appropriate GIS products according to the defined standards.
• Manage the response and prioritization of requests for map products and services by different sectors and unit• Assist in the implementation and operationalization of the country/operation-specific Information Management strategy
• Produce a set of standardized maps for sector working group, the Inter-Agency and other UNHCR Unit.
· Maintain the database system for classifying and storing confidential UN Peace Keeping Mission Information.
· Collect and Collate Information / Data on Incidents from multiple sources for Situation Awareness & Trend Analysis, Early Warning, Conflict and Risk Mapping.

· Undertake administrative tasks related to Information Management (Provide access to the IBM i2 DB, Maintain access control, Database QA & QC on the UNMISS JMAC COSMOS and SAGE (Situational Awareness Geospatial Enterprise) Databases plus SharePoint.
· Provide support for Analysts (including visualizing the information, either thematically or geographically, developing database queries and preparation of Quantitative Analysis).

Rural Access Index –RAI Initiative Mapping
· Assist the UNOPS Assessment and GIS expert to produce a clear and transparent georeferenced Information database and maps
· Assist in variation and recording of all field data from surveyors; manage data related to Rural Road Networks, Services and Infrastructures (Health, Schools, Markets, Water points, and other Social facilities)
· Assist in gathering, integrating existing spatial data, determining how best the information can be displayed Using GIS Software (Arc GIS, QGIS) in producing maps
