• Identification and mitigation of risks associated with portfolio through independent risk assessments of branches, departments, and credit products. Successfully contributed, through team efforts, operational and credit risk analysis, to improvement in institutional PAR of Pride from 17.53% (1 day past) and 9.76% (30 days past) in January 2021 to 11, 93% (1 day past) and 6.47% (30 days past) as at end July 2022.
• Engaged in project risk management which led to successful piloting and implementation of Pride Contingency loans, Salary Guaranteed loans, and most recently; Youth Inclusion loans.
• Investigated allegations of fraud to check validity and recommend actions to minimize risk as well as advising senior managers on policy strategies for reducing liability and preventing losses.

• Responsible for productivity of four (4) members of staff where team cohesion and teamwork contributed to achievement of B+ audit rating up from C- and improved staff efficiency with all staff scoring above 65% in quarterly appraisals of April, July, and December 2020.
• Participated in credit committees and actively contributed to growth in of office’s loan book from 400M to 980M as at 31st December 2020 and also grew active clients from 409 clients to 737 clients through mobilizations, client relationship management and quick turnaround time.
• Assisted with reconciliations and customer communications and worked with them through answering questions and resolving disputes.

• Responsible for evaluating and recommending for approval of group loans and advising borrowers on financial issues and methods of payments. Successfully mobilized and setup 12 groups of 394 clients and marketed Pride products, which led to successful elevation Kayunga work station to a Contact Office.

• Was responsible for collecting and entering accurate data to maintain accurate records of valuable company information. Designed, planned and improved Uzuri’s data access strategies and database storage structures to preserve integrity of data
• Catalogued daily sales data and generate sales reports which led to better forecasting resulting in 70% increase in profits. Further supported company management and boosted budgeting and planning for Uzuri’s sales portfolios and compilation of performance appraisals.

Responsible for gathering and analyzing data for greater Masaka area, preparing materials for submission to management and performing routine clerical tasks as required by data analysts. This contributed to reduction in man hours by over 50% and ensuring efficiency of systems leading to timely completion of project deliverables and timelines.

• Responsible for routine maintenance of 25 computers, entry of exams marks and generating reports for over 500 pupils and class assessment sheets.
• Monitored antivirus software and updates which ensured efficiency and smooth running of all computer programs
• Trained and tutored 18 teachers and 150 pupils in upper primary on computer use and ICT literacy.

• Provided administrative and technical support to averagely 20 taxpayers per day and further examined taxes and revenues, analyzed financial information, designed payment plans which helped in tax compliance as prescribed by laws and regulations. This contributed to successful meeting of set targets for Masaka service station.
