Summary

Hanningtone Mutabarura is a professional economist, business development and program management specialist with over 20 years’ practical experience in program leadership, management, knowledge management, organization, team building, monitoring, evaluation and research. He has been involved in program development, project planning, implementation, supervision, monitoring and evaluation since 2004. For the last 20 years, I have implemented projects supported by the World Bank, PEPFAR, USAID, CDC, Global Fund, UN Women, UNAIDS, Bill and Merina Gates Foundation, Government of Uganda, AVAC, Robert Carr Network Fund and ViiV Healthcare foundation among others. He has been in sector such as health (with special focus on HIV, TB and Malaria), infrastructure development, education, capacity development, advocacy, economic empowerment for children, women, youth, and refugees among others.
