• Regular inspections of the warehouse premises, to ensure the highest standards of physical premises, storage conditions and appropriate levels of security for the warehouse operations keeping Track of supplementary services to site, insurance, pest control, fire safety equipment and site repairs, coordinating with QHSE and real estate teams to ensure timely and regular maintenance
• Assign and monitor performance parameters and critical indicators i.e., KPI and SLA reports to ensure warehouse is performing up to standard
