  • Key duties and responsibilities.

Human Resource duties.

  • Assisting with outsourcing and recruitment of all Employees for both in-house staff and client staff.
  • Researching on various labor laws in Kenya, Uganda, Rwanda and Tanzania to ensure the business is updated at all times.
  • Ensuring proper procedure is followed during onboarding and separation of employees.
