a) aBi EUDR Project;

Worth 3,000,000 USD Project, Ongoing, client so far paid 516,00 USD to PULA. This is divided into 3 consortiums including;

i) UGACOF (Consortium 1)

ii) Rubanga Cooperative Society (Consortium 2)

iii) Edge Trading (Consortium 3)

b) LDC Uganda

- Implementation closed and PULA got paid 79,828 USD.

- Client has now renewed for another 110,000 USD and field ops has already collected more than 4,000 Polygons for the client

c) LDC Kenya

- Successfully implemented and closed the project, earning PULA 20, 938 USD

d) UGACOF / Sucafina

- Successfully implemented and closed the project, earning PULA 99,725 USD

e) Grain Pulse

- Successfully implemented and closed the project, earning PULA 37,654 USD

f) Kyagalanyi / VolCafe

- Successfully implemented and closed the project, earning PULA 170,082 USD

Below are the closed deals where PULA is already reviewing draft contracts from the clients for 2025;

- UCDA EUDR Tender ( Worth 2,450,000 USD)

- HWC with Uganda Wildlife (Worth 230,000 USD over a period of 5 years) with potential for more revenue within those years

- Area Yield - Climate Smart Project with the World Bank - worth 300,000 USD per season for 4 years starting March 2025
