Customer Service Officer

  • Receive commercial customers and stations orders, and capture them in SAP. Capture and process all the orders received in the computer using SAP.
  • Print an order status report and reconcile with actual orders to ensure that all orders are correctly captured as per the customer orders. Ensure that all orders are confirmed.
  • Receive and follow- up with the Dispatcher and the Customer Service Manager, on customer queries and complaints related to supply.

  • Keep a proper filing system of all documents handled by the Customer Service Centre.
  • Raise waivers for customers' whose accounts are out of terms and forward them, through the respective head of section, to the Sales & Marketing Manager for approval and release in SAP system.
