• Supervised the development, roll out and implementation of the New Lower Secondary Curriculum including the training of 90,000 Secondary School teachers, 9000 Secondary school Head Teachers and District Education Officers on the New Curriculum.
• Initiated the review of the Upper Secondary Curriculum from 2022 to 2023.
• Wrote a proposal to the International Labour Organisation(ILO) which attracted funding for the revision of the A’ level Entrepreneurship Education which was rolled out in 2013.
• Worked as Consultant for URA- USAID on the introduction of Tax Education in Secondary Education in Uganda.
• Wrote a proposal that attracted funding from the Chinese Government for the introduction of Chinese language in the Secondary Education of Uganda.
• Became a Certified Trainer of Trainers of the International Labour Organisation (ILO) on Entrepreneurship.
• Wrote a proposal that attracted funding from the Insurance Training College (ITC) to revise content and develop resource materials for Insurance topic in Secondary Schools in the subject of Entrepreneurship.
• Introduced the School of Economics and Statistics at Kampala International University.
• Developed Curriculum for professional capacity development for health workers under Intra Health funded by USAID from 2015 to 2018.

Masters in Business Administration (MBA)

• Head Teacher: Managing day to day school activities, managing staff and students discipline, preparing school termly budget, resource mobilisation for the school, marketing the school, improving academic performance of the school, recruiting of the students and staff, public relations with community.
• Head of Department: Allocate lecturers to courses, prepare timetable, represent the department in Senate, prepare student’s results for graduation, allocate supervisors to students for research. Manage day to day activities of the department, organize and manage examination process of the department, assist the Dean plan, organize and direct the affairs of the school; serve as a resource and referral source for staff and students seeking various types of assistance in the department; develop and implement strategic planning specific to program taught within the department including staffing, examinations, curriculum review and design; coordinate with the Dean and heads of other departments to promote academic excellence in the school; convene and chair departmental meetings and departmental examination boards; attend school boardmeetings and meetings of the school committees.
• Manager Secondary Department(NCDC): Coordinating and organising orientation courses for Secondary teachers on curriculum materials developed; quality assuring documents by reviewing, editing and proof reading; guiding Specialists and in developing work plans; generating departmental monthly, quarterly, and activity reports; organising workshops at departmental, national and international level. Mobilizing funds through lobbying and writing fundable proposals; mentor and coach curriculum Specialists; guide on pedagogical and technical issues, chairing departmental meetings; managing staff discipline; attending management meetings at NCDC, Ministry of Education and Sports; Parliament and other high levels; preparing and making high level presentations; setting targets and ensuring timely delivery of outputs; appraising staff annually and bi annually; sensitizing the public on curriculum related matters on any media.
