I am a committed and resourceful personnel with interest in general logistics operations, and management with over 5 years’ experience in Administration, general operations, procurement and logistics management, clearing and forwarding and general imports and exports activities with reputable organizations. I have garnered diverse knowledge and skills in customer service, office operations and administration, shipping documentation, customs declaration, warehousing, tax clearance and among others. Am also well versed with a number of computer software including MS Packages, BWIMS & ASYCUDA. I am a well-organized person with good communications, coordination and interpersonal skills and ability to manage and resolve crisis. I am a responsible, result oriented and confident person who is efficient in meeting commitments, observing deadlines and motivated by professionals rather than personal concerns. (A) Logistics Operation


  • Ensure timely delivery of raw materials at low cost
  • Make requisitions for VAT deferments, duty remissions and exemptions on machinery and other imported raw materials
  • Participate in the selection of freight forwarders and clearing agents based on the selected criteria
  • Coordinate with transporters for pick up delivery of the purchased goods for timely delivery

  • Raise claims to service providers in case of damages, short landing and wrong discrepancies of goods

  • Process necessary clearance and shipping documents and submit to the appointed agents in time

  • Verifying quantifications of orders before approvals
  • Monitor that purchased goods are properly used and stored in good storage areas
  • Monitor/truck goods in transit (GIT) from port of loading to destination
