  • Providing support in developing and implementing HSE plans for the drilling and production systems operations undertaken by the company in Tilenga project.
  • Supporting the HSE team to conduct safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and finding solutions for them, both at the drilling support base and at the rig sites.
  • Assisting the emergency response team to carry out drills, incident investigation and reporting.
  • Working with other teams like the production systems team to ensure that their operations and tools are compliant with the safety standards in place.
  • Carrying out rig visits, participating in safety walks as well as HSE Trainings.

Co-Founder, Philanthropy and Volunteerism in Education and Entrepreneurship

As the co-founder of PAVE-Uganda, I have been instrumental in driving various community improvement projects in various districts in Western Uganda. This organization focuses on enhancing the quality of life through education and entrepreneurship. PAVE has influenced more than 500 people nationwide, including local women, school-going children, and the elderly, and continues to grow.

  • Leading initiatives aimed, contributing to a healthier and more sustainable environment,under UN SDG 13.
  • Directing projects such as renovating classrooms to create a more conducive learning environment for students.
  • Empowering students through problem-solving workshops, fostering a culture of learning and innovation.
  • Implemented entrepreneurship workshops through training local women in business management and financial literacy, enabling them to start and grow their own businesses.
  • Working with the fund sourcing team to effectively cover our activities and initiatives.

My commitment to philanthropy and volunteerism is driven by a passion for creating positive change in my community and empowering the next generation, which inspired me to act. This dedication has led to significant achievements, including the successful "Green Mbarara" initiative, planting over 1,000 trees, renovating classroom blocks at Madrasat and Kigongo Primary Schools, and training over 200 women across multiple districts.

SPE Petro-bowl teams Mentor, June 2023-Current

  • Having achieved the distinction of being the first runner-up in the prestigious SPE Petro-bowl Championship held in Houston, Texas, in May 2023, I embarked on mentoring university students who aspire to participate and succeed in Petro-bowl and other similar competitions under SPE as part of their career growth journey. Since 2024, my mentorship has brought two teams on board, including Mbarara University of Science and Technology, a team that will represent Africa in the championship in Texas this year (2025).
