- Quality assurance and compliancy. Conducting routine supervision to ensure compliance to approved construction designs, methodology, good workmanship and health and safety compliance and cost control.
- Material testing and verification. Carry out factory acceptance tests (FATs) on poles both concrete and wooden, stabs, line hardware and equipments, verification of imported materials by carrying out post shipment inspections and verifying quality and quantities.
