• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
• Resolve disputes or issues with suppliers related to delivery schedules, product quality, or pricing discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards related to warehousing, transportation, and logistics.
• Prepare regular reports on warehouse performance, inventory levels, transportation costs, and other key metrics.
• Analyze data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement in logistics operations.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders to support decision-making.
