Coordinated the response fleet for the Kampala Command centre, which improved the efficiency of deploying response teams for the SUVD outbreak.
Coordinated the Mpox outbreak response logistics since September 2024, including but not limited to setting up isolation units, allocating supplies, monitoring, and processing orders.

I participated in the weekly IMT meetings, and as assigned, I supported the pillars in initiating the procurement for the FY2021/22 to FY2025, most of which are complete. In addition, I supported the pillars by initiating the implementation of activities according to the approved budget, with over 70% of the approved activities having been implemented.
Provided timely coordination of vaccines, logistics planning, and supply chain management with the WHO, UNEPI, NMS-PVSO, including the district task force. This enabled the adequate use of vaccines and the achievement of real-time targets, with no expiries due to the linkage created between the District Vaccine stores for the Acholi region, which I supported for round one of the vaccination campaign.
