- Achievements:
- Successfully coordinated the management of response logistics for the SUVD January to April 2025 outbreak, facilitating the admission of confirmed patients in less than 24 hours from declaration, and ensured the availability of the required stock for the established treatment units.
- Coordinated the response fleet for the Kampala Command centre, which improved the efficiency of deploying response teams for the SUVD outbreak.
- Coordinated the Mpox outbreak response logistics since September 2024, including but not limited to setting up isolation units, allocating supplies, monitoring, and processing orders.
- Facilitated timely forecasting of the required supplies, which enabled timely planning by all the stakeholders and the availability of supplies for the response.
- Due to my continuous follow-up on stocks, timely response to the orders and constant monitoring of their consumption the stock of supplies is adequate at all health facilities
- I have been successful in drafting and coordinating the national oxygen distribution plan for all Regional Referral and General Hospitals.
- Due to my continued followup with the stores’ focal persons, all warehouses and a number of facilities are now reporting on the stocks through the eELMIS and the Oxygen dashboard. This has guided decision-making in the allocation of supplies to the various users
- Given my continued coordination and engagement with partners and stakeholders, the pillar has attained sustained supply availability.
- I participated in the weekly IMT meetings, and as assigned, I supported the pillars in initiating the procurement for the FY2021/22 to FY2025, most of which are complete. In addition, I supported the pillars by initiating the implementation of activities according to the approved budget, with over 70% of the approved activities having been implemented.
- Provided timely coordination of vaccines, logistics planning, and supply chain management with the WHO, UNEPI, NMS-PVSO, including the district task force. This enabled the adequate use of vaccines and the achievement of real-time targets, with no expiries due to the linkage created between the District Vaccine stores for the Acholi region, which I supported for round one of the vaccination campaign.
- I have successfully handled all correspondences, reports, budgets, memos, and properly filed letters.
- I have been successful at conducting district task force trainings since November 2020, and these have headed the response structures at the district level.

- Manage and coordinate the entire supply chain of both medical and non-medical supplies for the Ebola Response, from distribution from national level and partners to the facilities/user units, to ensure the timely and efficient flow of supplies.

- Support resource mobilization by coordinating meetings with the relevant stakeholders as members of the Logistics Subcommittee to Identify and secure the necessary resources, including vehicles, equipment, and personnel, to support emergency operations.

- Collaborated with all partners supporting the response to assess needs, developed strategic plans and implemented efficient logistics solutions during the Ebola outbreak response.
- Supported the setting up of the Ebola Treatment Units in Mubende to accommodate the rapidly increasing cases during the peak of the response.
- Oversaw inventory management including quantification, requesting for the required supplies from the various stakeholders, stockpiling and distribution of pharmaceuticals, equipment, and other critical supplies like food for patients and health workers.
