Projects

- Establishing a Digital Studio and a New 10 kW STX-HP Transmitter for CBS FM, As a seasoned professional in the field of broadcast engineering, I have had the privilege of spearheading a significant project for CBS FM.

- This endeavor entailed the installation of a state-of-the-art digital studio and the deployment of a new 10 kW STX-HP transmitter, both of which were crucial components in enhancing the station's technical capabilities and overall broadcasting process.

- Throughout the duration of this project, I have leveraged my extensive expertise in broadcast engineering to oversee the complex logistical and technical aspects of the undertaking. From the initial planning stages to the final commissioning

- I have ensured that the implementation was executed with the utmost professionalism and attention to detail, ultimately contributing to the successful realization of this transformative initiative for CBS FM. Broadband Transmission for Greater Kampala

- The Broadband project for greater Kampala was intended to have a broadband Wi-Fi, high speed wireless transmission and access of internet and optical fiber transmission for internet and data.

- We started working on the design of areas covering 10-20 kMs of Kampala in radius and we worked in teams of 5 interns per team and as a result we are seeing realities starting to emerge. I am glad that the project has started to be taken care of by the republic of Uganda offering free Internet to Ugandans in the areas we covered in the research project. However, the project will need to be extended to cover greater areas of concentration with time.
