(i) Compilation of the Order Fulfillment Rate (OFR) report for Cycle 2, 3 & 4 Public sites and Cycle 5 & 6 for the PNFP sites.

(iii) Number of monthly cluster commodity stock status reports compiled and shared
(iv) Number of district vaccine monthly orders always submitted to NMS during the cycle period every year.
(i) Proportion of facilities with up-to date Rx database (Use of stock-status reports as proof in cases where PIP is down) during the review period
(ii) Number of staff oriented/mentored/trained in Rx solution in the review period
(i) Proportion of facilities consistently submitting weekly RASS reports in the period under review.
(ii) Number of new persons that are enrolled onto RASS and/or oriented on RASS.
