reading,walking,running and swiming

My daily routines include reading, walking, running and swimming. Reading helps me relax and learn new things, while walking, running and swimming keep me fit and healthy. I usually read an hour before bed and like to vary the genres and themes of the books I choose. In the morning I go for a 20-minute walk to get some fresh air and clear my head. Sometimes I run instead of walking depending on how I'm feeling. I swim three times a week in a nearby swimming pool and find it very refreshing and entertaining. These activities make me happy and productive and I recommend them to anyone who wants to improve their well-being.
