  • Active member of National and Regional Preparatory Committees for World Radio Communication Conferences (WRCs). Current Vice Chair of WRC-27 Working Group 2A at EACO and 2nd Vice Chair of WRC-27 Working Group 2A at ATU
  • Lead coordinator of Implementation of Cross Border Frequency Coordination at EACO under Working Group 5.
  • Represented Uganda at International meetings including ITU-R Working Party 5D on IMT Systems and Working Party 1A on Spectrum Engineering Techniques.
