  • I had the opportunity to work at Roofing’s Rolling Mills Ltd, one of East Africa’s leading manufacturers of steel and plastic construction materials. During my time at the Namanve plant, I was exposed to large-scale production systems, quality control procedures, and structured workplace operations, health and safety protocol. This experience strengthened my discipline, teamwork, and understanding of compliance in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, while also enhancing my appreciation for safety, precision, and operational excellence.
