I have a strong track record both in the development practice and management, where I have successfully served both as a professional and a leader. I have also been exposed to many different facets of development practice, varied working environments, people, and communities making me a well-rounded individual and professional. As the country manager, I was responsible for overall oversight of the country program including strategy implementation and strategic leadership through leading and managing the senior management team.  I also part of the senior management team at WaterAid Uganda and Hospice Africa Uganda.  I have either led of was part of teams that developed strategic plans at World Vision Uganda, WaterAid Uganda, Saferworld in Uganda, and Girls Education movement in Uganda.
