Martin is a well experienced strategic business leader with over 25 years of successful work in organizational improvement across multiple sectors. Initially, Martin's engagements in sales and marketing functions resulted in gaining commercial experience in: selling space, perishable fish fillets exports, beverages (FMCGs), automobiles, telecommunications, hospitality services, NGOs and Higher Institutions of learning. Having completed a PhD in Business Administration majoring in strategic innovation and organizational performance, Martin has acquired additional skills across the entire research process, strategic business planning, strategy innovation, business development support and growth, and strategy evaluation.
Martin is currently engaged in supporting start-up businesses and NGOs in Uganda as well as guiding MBA and PhD students in research projects, data management and reporting. Additionally, Martin is gifted in designing tailored training modules, innovative training skills, coaching, and mentoring of teams leading to great performance. This was exhibited at Diageo plc, Smile Communications, Devon Dalyn Ltd, Global Business University-Europe and currently Mofi Uganda Ltd as detailed in this CV.

Martin speaks, English, Kiswahili, Luganda, and Ateso languages fluently. He enjoys reading, research, athletics, gardening, swimming, computers, Music, and debating in business and social leadership groups. Martin participates actively in CSR and community activities supporting the underserved/vulnerable people such as the youth, children, elderly and the disabled.
