• Based in Entebbe, I oversee and lead the day-to-day operations of Hotel No.5, Buhoma Lodge (Bwindi National Park), Ishasha Wilderness Camp (Queen Elizabeth National Park), Bakers Lodge (Murchison falls National Park) and Nile River Boat Safaris. I provide strong leadership and guidance to hotel managers and staff ensuring smooth and efficient activities, guaranteeing seamless guest experiences and maintaining high levels of guest satisfaction.
• Collaborate with executive management to develop long-term goals and objectives, aligning operational strategies with the company's overall vision. I develop and execute strategic plans to optimize operational efficiency and financial performance.
• Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Conduct periodic inspections and audits to verify adherence to standards, making necessary adjustments to maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and staff
• Cultivate strong vendor relationships and partnerships, negotiating advantageous contracts and service agreements with suppliers and service providers.
• Conduct market analysis and identify growth opportunities, staying abreast of industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.

• Based in the Kampala Head Office, I provided decisive leadership in overseeing day-to-day operations for Emin Pasha Hotel, Semliki Safari Lodge, Toro-Semliki Wildlife Reserve, Apoka Safari Lodge, Kidepo Valley National Park, Clouds Mountain Gorilla Lodge, and Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park. Ensured seamless service delivery, guest satisfaction, and strict adherence to brand standards.
• Developed and executed strategies to maximize revenue generation and cost control across all properties. Analyzed key performance indicators, financial metrics, and guest feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and drive continuous growth.
• Maintained consistency in delivering exceptional safari experiences and services. Collaborated with marketing teams to devise and execute brand-aligned promotional campaigns, fostering customer engagement and loyalty.

This was the foundation of my hospitably experience, joining in 1993 and rising through various departments until I became General Manager at various units in. Dar es Salaam, Zanzibar, Mozambique and South Africa.
