  • Based in Entebbe, I oversee and lead the day-to-day operations of Hotel No.5, Buhoma Lodge (Bwindi National Park), Ishasha Wilderness Camp (Queen Elizabeth National Park), Bakers Lodge (Murchison falls National Park) and Nile River Boat Safaris. I provide strong leadership and guidance to hotel managers and staff ensuring smooth and efficient activities, guaranteeing seamless guest experiences and maintaining high levels of guest satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with executive management to develop long-term goals and objectives, aligning operational strategies with the company's overall vision. I develop and execute strategic plans to optimize operational efficiency and financial performance.
  • Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Conduct periodic inspections and audits to verify adherence to standards, making necessary adjustments to maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and staff
