  • Until 1st of March 2025, I was a Director at Parliament of Uganda, charged with Audits and Accountability committees, Member of the Technical Subcommittee of the Presidential Advisory committee on Budget of the Republic of Uganda, former Member of Parliament for Mbarara City, CEO and founding member for IFORT (Intervention for Rural Transformation), chairman Tusiime Foundation, Board member for IBF (Iron Bridge Financial) and a Resident Research Fellow at AFT (Agency for Transformation). I worked with Uganda Revenue Authority for 15 years and among other assignments, I have served as a liaison officer to H.E the President of the Republic of Sierra Leone and a research fellow to the Resident IMF Tax advisor in Uganda.
  • I am a PhD candidate (Doctor of Economics) and Master of Research at the University of Graduate Studies (UGSM)-Monarch in Switzerland, a graduand of Masters in Law(LLM) at Cumbria University UK, I hold an Executive Master of Business Administration from Guglielmo Marconi University- Italy, attained a Master of Arts Degree in Economic Policy and Planning from Makerere University and I hold a Bachelor of Arts Degree majoring in Economics and Political Science from Makerere University.
