· Conducting hazard identification and risk communication to each work unit, which promotes risk awareness among staff, a free hazard work place and even improved staff performance.

· Assist the ISO HSE manager to establish systems and provide leadership for the identification and monitoring of safety risks and environmental impacts through the analysis of work processes, equipment and the work habits of employees.

· Plan, prepare and execute periodic emergency drills

· Overseeing the maintenance of necessary compliance security and safety records, documentation and files.

· Advising and educating all employees including management team on all relevant safety, security and compliance topics and assist departments in selection o required PPE and in maintenance and testing of all PPE and related equipment.

· Investigating incidents and accidents and recommending corrective actions while monitoring and reporting on site HSE performance and metrics

· Developing, implementing and enforcing HSE policies, procedures and standards on site while ensuring compliance with relevant laws regulations and industry standards (ISO 14001:2015, 45001:2018, ISO 9001:2015)
